01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph3333" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sportsbook operated at ph3333.cam, including all games, services, and features made available through the website.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operators of ph3333.cam.
• "You" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on ph3333 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on ph3333.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds deposited and/or won by a Member and held in their ph3333 Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Member under a ph3333 promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a stake placed by a Member on any game, event, or outcome offered on the ph3333 Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph3333 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ph3333 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the ph3333 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ph3333, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph3333 strictly prohibits access by minors. Online gaming by individuals under 21 years old is illegal under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ph3333 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or exclusion order whether applied by ph3333 or any recognized gambling harm reduction body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on ph3333. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Accurate Information Required

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph3333 will not be responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false information — including false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph3333 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph3333 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorized by you, unless and until you notify us of a security breach via our 24/7 live chat support.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ph3333 may require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Accepted documents include government-issued Philippine ID, passport, driver's license, and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph3333 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). ph3333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• GCash and Maya deposits typically reflect instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. ph3333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• ph3333 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
• Verified accounts (KYC complete) benefit from same-day withdrawal processing to GCash and Maya. Other channels may take 1–3 business days.
• ph3333 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Real-money funds deposited by the Member are not subject to wagering requirements.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ph3333 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members aged 21 and above who have completed the account registration process.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, or device, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated in individual promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Live dealer games, sports bets, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at the full rate.
• ph3333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where fraud, abuse, or breach of terms is suspected.
• Where real-money funds and Bonus Funds coexist in an Account, real-money funds will be used first for wagers, followed by Bonus Funds.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on ph3333 — including live dealer games, slots, table games, sportsbook, bingo, and specialty games — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game or market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes.

7.1 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure during a game round, ph3333 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake amount to the Member's Account. ph3333 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, server failures, or disruptions to third-party game providers.

7.2 Incomplete Transactions

If a game round or bet is interrupted before completion due to a disconnection on the Member's end, ph3333's server records will serve as the definitive record of the transaction state. ph3333's decision in such matters is final, subject to the complaints process outlined in these Terms.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph3333 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with ph3333 games or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error are void.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on ph3333.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that violates Philippine law or international anti-financial crime standards.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of accumulating bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund a ph3333 Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any ph3333 software, games, or security systems.

09 Responsible Gaming

ph3333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment; it should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

ph3333 provides the following responsible gaming tools within Member account settings, accessible at any time after ph3333 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits to your ph3333 Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

10 Intellectual Property

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, or modify any content without the prior written consent of ph3333.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph3333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

ph3333's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph3333 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members use the Platform at their own risk.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ph3333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account on ph3333, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph3333 Privacy Policy.

ph3333 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

ph3333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider in respect of a deposit transaction.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon permanent account closure for reasons attributable to a Member's breach of these Terms, ph3333 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and, where fraud is confirmed, all associated real-money funds pending investigation. Real-money balances of accounts closed for non-breach reasons will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following identity verification.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph3333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered on their Account and/or through a notice displayed on the ph3333 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. ph3333 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. ph3333 operates in alignment with the regulatory guidelines of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of ph3333, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 customer support team in the first instance. ph3333 will endeavor to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ph3333's decisions on gameplay outcomes, wager settlements, and account matters are final, subject only to manifest error.
